I found one name translation of this figure as General Hawk Knight.
He's from Beast Saga GachaBooster Volume 1, a series of capsule
figures which, according to some reports, was produced in a very low
quantity so far. I have no idea if there will be subsequent runs, or if
it's true, but I shelled out about $30 for the set of 6 (4 figures + 2
